Payment Options
- All payments must be made via online transfer to our bank account after contacting the management only.
General Terms & Conditions
- Check-in: 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Room bookings are subject to availability.
- To confirm your reservation, we recommend securing it with an advance deposit at the time of booking.
- Guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 PM, unless a late arrival has been specified.
- Reservations may be released if payment is not received within the designated cut-off period.
- Buffet meals are available only on pre-order with advance payment.
- Complimentary breakfast is included for 2 adults per room.
- Guest vehicles are allowed only up to the designated parking area.
- Bonfire services are available at an additional charge.
- BBQ grill facility is available, but guests are responsible for the cost of meat and charcoal.
- Swimming costumes are mandatory for using the pool, and pool rules are strictly enforced.
- Room keys will be handed over only after full payment has been completed.
- Any damage to resort property will be chargeable based on the actual value of the item.
- Outside footwear is not permitted inside the villa.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
- Staining linens, dirtying furniture, or soiling the villa and premises will incur additional charges.
- The resort does not support or allow the use of any recreational drugs on the premises.
- As per Kerala Police regulations, any form of sound pollution is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others. Any form of nuisance or disturbance to fellow guests will not be tolerated.
- The resort management reserves the right to deny service or accommodation to any guest at any point of time, without notice, if they fail to comply with resort policies, disrupt the comfort of other guests, or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate by the management.
Kitchen Timings
- Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- Dinner: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- We kindly request guests to adhere to the specified kitchen timings.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years: Complimentary stay.
- Children aged 5–12 years: Charged as per applicable child rates.
- Children above 12 years: Considered adults and charged accordingly.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 0–3 days before check-in: No refund.
- 3–7 days before check-in:
- Group bookings (more than 2 rooms): 25% refund
- Individual bookings (1–2 rooms): 50% refund
- 7-15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- 15–30 days before check-in: 75% refund.
- 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund.
- Postponements are allowed up to 15 days before the check-in date.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
Proof of Identity
- As per Government of India regulations, all guests must provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Accepted IDs include:
- Aadhar Card
- Voter ID
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Armed Forces ID
- Foreign nationals & NRIs must present a valid passport with a visa or a PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card.
